How does it work?

Once you have added the items to the basket, in the“Click & Collect” store collection shipping method, choose the store where you would like to collect your order from the drop-down list.

After the purchase process, you will receive an email with the information of your order.

To collect your order, you only need to show the email with the information of your order.

What is the schedule to pick up my order and what happens if I make my purchase on the weekend or the eve of a holiday?

Orders must be made with a minimum of one day in advance, each delivery is considered effective from the time the product is made available to the customer at the closest place indicated by him for the delivery of the order at the time of contracting.

The collection will take place during business hours between 11 am and 9 pm .

On holidays and Sundays deliveries will not be available.

If orders are placed on holidays or weekends, they can be picked up at the selected store on the business day following this.

How long do I have to collect my order?

You have 3 calendar days to pick up your order at the selected store. If after this period you have not collected it, our customer service will contact you to agree on a new delivery time, but the amount made will not be returned.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

The User may cancel his order without penalty up to 2 hours before the start of the delivery period chosen by the User with the confirmation of the order, by calling the INGREDIENTS CAFÉ S.L. telephone service. 607382343
